A port: a reserved address on our relay server that connects to one Android phone you supply, for a period you pay for. One phone per port. Your phone, your SIM, your mobile data.
Each port includes an allowance of traffic through our relay each calendar month, shown in your account. Going over stops that port until the month turns — your other ports are unaffected. Write to us if you need more; we would rather raise your limit than lose you.
We do not promise a percentage. We run a single relay server and we say so plainly rather than printing a number we cannot stand behind. If our relay is down for more than 24 hours in a month, write to us and we will extend your port by the time you lost.
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit. Card subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel any time and keep the time you have paid for. Crypto payments do not renew — you buy a period, and it ends when it ends.
We may suspend a port that breaks the acceptable use policy, that is being used to attack our infrastructure, or where we are required to by law. Where it is safe and lawful to do so we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
We are a small business selling a small service. Our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months. We are not liable for what happens to accounts, listings or business you run through the proxy — including a platform banning you, which is a decision that platform makes and not one we can influence.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
