A mobile IP is a tool, and this page is about where we draw the line. It is short and it is meant literally.

What Mproxies is for

Checking how your ads, listings or website appear to a real Malaysian mobile user.
Testing an app or site from a Malaysian mobile network.
Managing your own accounts, on your own behalf or for clients who have asked you to.
Market and price research on publicly available pages.
Keeping a stable, recognisable connection for accounts that dislike changing IP addresses.

What will get your port closed

Fraud of any kind — payment fraud, fake reviews, impersonating someone, phishing, or anything designed to deceive a person out of money.
Attacking anyone — denial of service, port scanning, brute-forcing logins, exploiting vulnerabilities.
Spam — bulk unsolicited messaging, and any bulk account creation whose purpose is to spam.
Anything involving children, and any content that is illegal in Malaysia.
Reselling access to your port without telling us. We are not against resellers; we are against finding out by accident.

On automation and multiple accounts. We know why most people buy mobile proxies, and running several accounts or automating your own work is not on the list above. But every platform has its own rules, and a proxy does not exempt you from them: if Facebook or TikTok bans your account, that is between you and them, and we cannot appeal it for you. Keep to their rules and ours and we have no argument.

How we enforce this

We do not read your traffic, so we usually learn about a problem when someone complains or when our provider does. When that happens we ask you about it first, unless the law or the seriousness of it says otherwise. Deliberate abuse ends the account without a refund.
