Privacy Policy

Last updated 24 August 2026

Mproxies lets you turn an Android phone you own, with a SIM you own, into a proxy that only you can use. This policy says what we hold, why, and for how long.

What we collect

What we do not collect

We do not log the websites you visit, the content you send, or anything inside your traffic. We count bytes, not what is in them. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your traffic with anyone.

Be clear about what that does and does not mean. Your traffic passes through our relay server in Singapore in order to reach you, so we could see volume, timing, and which port it belongs to — and we do, because that is how billing works. We do not inspect the traffic itself, and it is encrypted between you and the sites you visit in the ordinary way, which we cannot undo.

The phone app

The Mproxies Android app runs a proxy on your own phone and connects it to our relay. It does not read your messages, contacts, photos or files, and it does not route anyone else's traffic through your phone. Your phone is your proxy and nobody else's.

Who else is involved

How long we keep it

Account and payment records: seven years, because tax law requires it. Traffic counts: twelve months. Everything else is deleted when you close your account.

Your choices

Write to support@mproxies.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account. We answer within seven days. Deleting your account ends any active port; we cannot refund unused time on a deleted account, so cancel rather than delete if that matters to you.

Lawful requests

If a Malaysian court or a competent authority compels us to produce records, we will comply, and we will tell you unless we are forbidden from doing so. What we can produce is limited to what this page says we hold.

Children

Mproxies is not for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email you before it takes effect.
